Although OUTOO is a new brand, it has a long history behind it. It all began in 2002 in Friuli, an area where nature, culture, traditional craftsmanship and industrial innovation coexist uniquely. It was here that Alessandro Paoluzzi founded Ilcap, a metalworking company that collaborates with some of the world's most famous furniture brands. However, the success of his company did not diminish his desire to embark on a long-dreamt-of adventure: combining Ilcap's cutting-edge technologies with the creativity and design culture of his lifelong friend, designer Robby Cantarutti. The result was an original and surprising project that defied all conventions and clichés: OUTOO.
